Salary: £9.28 per hour, rising to £9.88 after probation
Location: Xscape, Castleford and Leeds City Centre
Hours: 36 hours per week over three days

    To be responsible for producing our high quality, consistent menu. You will be the kitchen lead and ensure your restaurant exceeds the brand and hygiene company requirements. Create an exceptional kitchen environment and positive influence on all team members.

  • Key Responsibilities


    • Manage the daily kitchen operations of the restaurant
    • Maintain exceptional levels of communication and take personal pride in delivering excellent food, being the gatekeeper for high quality fish and chips
    • Be a leader and role model for the team
    • Take a disciplined approach to service and standards, ensuring every detail is thought through
    • Exceed departmental targets and objectives, work schedules and budgets
    • Delivery of forward thinking and innovative ideas in line with the brand standards and ethos
    • Dealing with any customer complaints in a professional and understanding manor, using initiative to resolve situations at the time and exceed satisfaction levels.
  • Experience and Qualifications


    • Previous food and retail management experience desirable.

Customer Engagement Specialist/Product Presenter

    To serve customers fish and chips and associated products to customers in a polite and professional manner. To support the Fish Fryer/Supervisor to ensure that the unit meets the required hygiene standards.

  • Key Responsibilities


    • To serve customers in a polite and professional manner
    • Taking payments and cash handling
    • To support in the preparation of any food required for the unit
    • Ensuring that the work area is kept clean and tidy and support in ensuring the cleanliness of the unit
    • Restocking fridges where required.
  • Experience and Qualifications
